Unfortunately, the problem that I was having resolved itself while we were
debugging, which is why new test cases could prove useful.

Please read my problem report above and see if it seems to be similar to
your problem.  Either way, if you are able to do more testing and provide
more information, the dev guys on this list may be better able to help
out.
