OK. So you use the amanda windows client. Version?

Does this look correct?
Depends on your server configuration. Here I have a third column specifying the service: 

nucleus.mr.lfmg.de      amanda          amdump

I guess 192.168.1.12 is your backup server?!
If you want us to help, you should provide some information about your system, client/server version, logfile content,...
