Estimate - it looks like the estimate for the previous entry (which does
backup) is the same.
Amcheck notes that the BS1 directories for the index don't exist but the
client check reports 9  hosts checked 0 problems.
There are no amanda processes running on BS1 which is the Linux host with
the tape drive.

That's obviously a bad estimate.

That's bad as well.

What does amcheck have to say about your config?  On BS1 (which I'm
assuming is the Linux samba host), do you see stale, leftover amanda
processes?
