There is a free toolkit with UNIX utilities for windows from Microsoft
called SFU.

I have successfully used this to create more complicated Networker
scripts for my customers. If you do it "right" you also get a script
that can be run on both UNIX and Windows.

And as it is from the  "unfailable" Microsoft themselves even the
most fanatic MS administrator will accept it.
