Elvis,
When reporting an error and requesting help, You need to provide more
details as to version of Networker, OS of server & client, etc....

Your problem appears to be DNS / Alias related. Check that both forward
& reverse DNS lookups of the client agree, and check for alias names
also and make sure they all appear in the client configuration ....
