Hello,
Have you tried checking client aliases list to see if the long name ( i.e 
clientname.domainname.com) of the client is listed there also check your 
host file to make sure you have proper entry there.
Typically, you would want to configure networker client with long name ( 
consults host file first then dns etc , networker gurus correct me if i am 
wrong here) and apply any known aliases for the client in the Aliases tab.
