Tried these.
C:\Documents and Settings\lkemp>sc create Bacula-FD binpath= "C:\Program Files\Bacula>bacula-fd.exe" -c "C:/Program Files/Bacula/bacula-fd.conf" type= share start= auto
C:\Documents and Settings\lkemp>sc create Bacula-FD binpath= "C:\Program Files\Bacula>bacula-fd.exe" -c C:/Program Files/Bacula/bacula-fd.conf type= share start= auto
failed

C:\Documents and Settings\lkemp>sc create Bacula-FD binpath= "C:\Program Files\Bacula\bacula-fd.exe" -c C:/Program Files/Bacula/bacula-fd.conf type= share start= auto
failed

C:\Documents and Settings\lkemp>sc create Bacula-FD binpath= "C:\Program Files\Bacula\bacula-fd.exe -c C:/Program Files/Bacula/bacula-fd.conf" type= share start= auto
C:\Documents and Settings\lkemp>sc create Bacula-FD binpath= "C:\Program Files\Bacula\bacula-fd.exe -c ./C:/Program Files/Bacula/bacula-fd.conf" type= share start= auto
Both these commands tell me successful creation create and entry in the services.msc but when I go to start it, it fails.
Do you guys think it is a syntax issue. I must be so close….
