The only conflict is that MaximumVolumeJobs is not safe to use for 
multiple simultaneous jobs writing to the same pool.  Also, if using 
with MaximumVolumeBytes then there is no guarantee of one volume per 
job, only of one job per volume. If a job size is greater than 
MaximumVolumeBytes it will still use more than one volume.
