No.  It will get recycled and bacula will want to use it again without
modifying the label so it will retain the original date stamp.

I prefer to not have a clear file name per job (just let bacula manage
naming volumes itself) and use a fixed # of fixed sized volumes and
the bacula virtual autochanger.
