Actually, I first installed 5.2.12 after having installed fedora 18. Then I 
discovered the problem with backing up the windows box and when I saw 5.2.13 in 
the updates-testing repository I updated bacula to level 5.2.13 but it still 
had 
the same problem and I was not aware of your repository.

The file permissions are correct.
