That error you are having.. It seems to be a misconfiguration with the
passwords, more than an issue with SSL/TLS. I don't have much experience with
TLS, more than configuring and letting go. Do you have openSSL installed? If
you do, I think you don't need to do anything different on Windows FDs than
what you do on Linux boxes. Check those things and reply! :)
