What’s the best way to set up bacula with a Qnap SAN ? By NFS or iSCSI?

I used a qnap as low-performance storage for bacula (on a VM) and others VMs, but I have connected the qnap to
ESXi host as an iSCSI storage, end then created the virtual disks over the new datastore.
