In this case, the second catalog will be on the same machine as the main 
catalog (same postgresql, same director, same -sd, different database name)

Part of the reason for doing this is that catalog dumps are already 50Gb.

The new data archive is expected to grow to about 100 million files and 
has its own scratch and tape pools, so there aren't any issues on that 
front.

(As a nice starting point, I've just upgraded our HP MSL6000 tape 
robot(Neo4000) to a Neo 8000 with 7 LTO2 drives and 500 slots. While mtx 
takes longer, it still "just works")
