I get the changer locked like this about 1 time every 3 months. It
happens for a variety of reasons. One such is forgetting to take the
write protect tab off the media when inserting it into the changer. I
am still using 2.4.4 in the production system at work (5.0.2 at home)
so this part may have been fixed.
