Why not use WORM for final versions? One of the biggest problems with
video archives has always been recovering old material. Many networks
had a policy of wiping and reusing videotapes in the 1970s, which has led
to a lot of irreplaceable material being lost forever. It'd be good if
history didn't repeat...
