I think I just need some place to put design details that interested persons 
can discuss.  I looked to see what Source Forge offers, and have tried 
Wordpress, but I have to say that I don't much like it.  It is not very easy 
to enter information into it in a way that looks good.  I've put a few things 
in, but as far as I can see the effort it will take to put them in a 
presentable shape will be significant.

Perhaps there is something better.
