Totally agree with you, not all the developers read the guidelines that 
they need to follow for take the changes into Bacula core.

You're right too. I'm working with Bacula for a year or less and some 
developers come to me with doubts, ideas and some others. I discussed 
with they the ideas around Bacula and I think all are implemented or 
just in timeline for next release.

Good, at sometime I need to hack Bacula core. When I need this I will 
like to learn from the developers (you in first)

I can't understand what you really need here: Trac? Redmine? Wiki? Can 
you explain me what you need?
