In that case, how can I explicitly enforce 1 Default job at a time?
Imagine the following scenario:

Default Job
Client A
Client B
Client C
Priority 20

Database Job
Client B
Priority 10

Where would be the appropriate resources to set "Maximum Concurrent
Jobs" to limit 1 Default job at a time, while allowing concurrent
Database jobs?

Thanks,
