Yes, it's a "known weak point", I was just curious if anybody mentions
it ;-). Re-assigning "My Documents" to any non-default place is another one.
However, within any organization there is probably one standard of the
"software language" so one could adjust the paths to taste/country. I
admit that I've managed sites with three different language versions as
the base ones in use (English, Estonian, Russian), though... But anyway
a company shall have a policy on backups to state pre-requisites for a
successful backup.
I personally try to avoid "local" versions and try to use
basic_english+MUI (be it Windows, MS Office, OpenOffice or whatever
else) if possible.
