Your schedule for the job should look something like this;

Schedule {
      Name = BoxenHme
      Run = full wed at 8am
      Run = incremental thu-tue at 3am
}

Otherwise it will not recognse the full backup as belonging to that job.

Also, the full backup has to be run from the schedule and not manually.

edit /etc/bacula/bacula-dir.con
reload <- in bconsole
respond to tape request(s).
