Since you have compiled also 2.4.2, I think it means you have compliled them 
from a source tarball (AFAIK 2.4.2 source rpm is not available yet)

I think this is a rpm packaging (spec file) isssue, since the resulting 
binary rpm obviously has an obsolete (valid for F8 but not for F9) 
dependency? There are no problems at binary rpm build time, but the 
resulting rpm package seems to require something that does not exist any 
more (or it is now included in another package).
