  I have compiled bacula 2.2.8, 2.4.0, 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 on fc9. The libtermcap
is part of ncurses development rpm.

# rpm -qf /usr/lib64/libtermcap.so
ncurses-devel-5.6-16.20080301.fc9.x86_64
