You are probably referring to the agent I wrote a while back, you can
download it from http://www.meadowcourt.org/downloads/

I used to have a pretty good doc page up, but accidently deleted it and
didn't discover my mistake for quite a while so recovering it wasn't
possible. There are some docs included but I don't think they are as
good as the previous ones.

I use it daily on 4 exchange servers without any problem. There is a bug
that you have to work around to get restore working (need to specify a
dummy RegexWhere clause), but backups work great.

I am using it under 2.2.8, there's a good chance it won't work under
2.4.x as I hear that a few things have changed 'under the covers', but I
haven't tested it.
