Hi!

Changing the label inside the db looks good, but if you try to restore  
something you will get error messages because the label on tape won't  
match when bacula tries to identify the loaded tape.
I figured that our loader has a somewhat hidden option to configure  
how the label will be reported (in my case it was the trailing "L2"  
which i was missing).

Try to contact the manufacturer of your loader and see if you can  
tweak the output.
