Just a plain 'rsysc host::'
should return a list of the module names defined in the target
rsyncd's conf file.

You probably need to allow the port (tcp/873?) to/from localhost in
your firewall. But my opinion has always been that computers are
supposed to do work so that humans don't have to, so I've always just
run rsync over ssh to localhost just like everything else instead of
doing the extra work for a one-off setup.
