You're right, I'm explaining well:

1) A full backup every month for every pc
2) An incremental backup every day for every pc (if it's possible, I would like
delete the incremental at the end of the month)
3) I would like to store 12 month at least of full backup then the backup older
than 12 month could be deleted
4) When the year is gone I'll replace my hard-disk with a new one and archive
the older

My goal is to store 1 year of data using as little space as possible.

I cannot answer that. But for your own reasoning and for others to help
you, consider this: You have specified when you want to make what type
of backup. But you haven't said anything about what backups you want to
keep. E.g., do you need to have an backup of every day of the past year?
Or would it be sufficient to only retain the full backups? Or maybe one
backup of a month ago, one of three months ago and one of a year ago?

Best,
Koen
