Hi. I'm the maintainer of BackupPC's contrib on SME Server.

look at /var/log/httpd/error_log, which should give you some hint about
the error.

Your data are in /opt/backuppc/ which means you're probably using a very
old version of the contrib, you can read this page

To upgrade it to a more recent version
