My cygwin1.dll version is 1007.0.0.0; all the binaries were provided by a
different member of this list, who is using a similar system of ad-hoc VSS
and launching the rsync daemon on-the-fly.

To (hopefully) save you some poking around in the archives, here's the
complete package:

(Note that if you want to use the included scripts, you'll need a
server-specific version of vshadow.exe, otherwise, everything else should
work fine.)
