I generally keep a browser page open to the host summary all the time so 
there is no bother.  I'd probably schedule a 'wget' of the page and 
attach to an email if someone wanted it.  That way an html-aware mail 
reader could follow the links if they wanted to see more.  But, you'd 
have to use their login/password in the wget command.
