The backuppc documentation
(http://backuppc.sourceforge.net/faq/ssh.html) suggests using the
following command to modify the 'nice' level of a backup:

$Conf{RsyncClientCmd} = '$sshPath -l backup $host nice -n 19 sudo
$rsyncPath $argList+';


However, when checking the output of top, the rsync command on the
client shows a nice level of '0'. Do modifications have to be made to
/etc/security/limits.conf to allow regular users to renice process
levels? Also, does sudo inherit nice levels?
