That should be fixed in 3.2.0beta0:

    * Moved call to NmbLookupFindHostCmd in BackupPC_dump to after the
      check of whether a backup needs to be done.  This makes wakeonlan
      work correctly, rather than waking up the client every WakeupSchedule.
