I meant the per-host page.  No need to change the blackout settings
unless the description there looks wrong.

I'd recommend running BackupPC_dump manually with the -v option (not
the -f option):

    su backuppc
    BackupPC_dump -v HOST

It should print why it doesn't do a backup.
