I hope you all are aware than SENDING mail is a complete different
thing than receiving mail. You don't need to have a sendmail daemon
running to send mail: it can be invoked by the mailer program just
to send the mail. It will never listen to port 25 for receiving mail.
But stupid policies do exist, yes, I know.
