It can't be added, because it's the client that needs this information
and the client software does not consult a configuration file,
nor is there a way to pass extra parameters from server to client,

in most dump programs.  I guess you could compile your own,
but it would still be the same for all configs unless you built
multiple amandas each configured with a seperate dump executable.
