Tivoli client development:
    When are the clients going to be written to actually handle, interpret,
    and meaningfully report errors instead of simply passing on conditions
    encountered in the operating system?  This is lazy programming, and as
    you can see is a liability for your customers.  No end user should have
    to face error messages like these.  This is ridiculous.  A return code
    has a specific meaning unto itself, and in the context of the application
    operation is something that you can certainly say something about that
    will make it far easier for the customer to do something about it.
    As it stands now, customers are left to stare at this gibberish and not
    know what to do, which is a big waste of their time.  Let's correct
    this deficiency in the product.
