Hello guys. I'm having a problem unmounting a media from drive. TSM display the following errors:
ANR8779E Unable to open drive mt0.0.0.2, error number=170.
ANR8213W Session open with 10.1.10.21 timed out.
ANR0454E Session rejected by server ORAAPPL2_STA, reason: Communication Failure.
ANR8380I LTO volume EN0029L2 is mounted R/W in drive DRIVE1 (mt0.0.0.2), status: RETRY DISMOUNT FAILURE. (SESSION: 1470)
Recently, I changed the client's IP address to a new one. I made the respective changes in client's configuration files (dsm.sys, devconfig.txt,) and restarted the services so TSM server can manage the new client's IP but it keep referencing the old one when trying to umount the tape from drive. The new client's IP is 10.1.13.102. I don't know how to make sure TSM reference the new IP, I set the parameter HLADDRESS to 10.1.13.102 and LLADDRESS to respective port (1501), in accordance with client dsm.sys. I'd appreciate some help on this.
