I got this in my dsmerror.log: It's a Windows 10, 64 bit

Have contact to Microsoft, and tryed this:

The initial troubleshooting Microsoft did is ok, but I don't see any VSS testing. In earlier versions of Windows, we could use the VSS SDK or Diskshadow to test the create of a snapshot with writers. I could not find how to do similar tests on Windows 10, but that's personally where I'd start.

Also check the Event Viewer for errors around the time of the backup. You can filter for sources VolSnap and VSS.

Other than that, use the latest Spectrum Protect client and on Windows use Windows Update to apply all current fixes/updates just to make sure you are covered from known defects from both Spectrum Protect and Windows.
