Storage Agent 6.1.0 service started and then Stopped

assuming IGRITSM_SERVER1 is the name of the storage agent

IGRITSM_SERVER1 dis is my TSM Server....
and from TSM server im getting all the Server attached to it wen applying cmmd q ses....
and from SAN Agent getting the following output wen applyng q ses....

SANAgent is not backing up Mail Database.....Using TDP for mail 6.1.0...
andgetting following error while Starting SANAgent manually using DSMSTA command....
ANR7808W Sun Microsystems Library Attach module libacs.dll is not available
from the system.

Please help......
