in ts3100 one tape lto3 400GB, other lto4 800GB, but TSM does not see her

I am sorry, i do not understand: Do you have one or two drives in library?
If you are trying to write anything to LTO4 drive with TSM 5.3.2, I believe you can't, since this TSM version is older than LTO4 standard. You need to upgrade TSM.

in library TS3100 17 cartridge(15 lto4(800Gb), 1 lto3(400Gb), 1 cleaning)

cartridge not have barcode.


i'm want to create backup of tsm database, but i have error. why ? what i doing wrong ?

and why in command: q libvol device type is empty ? not lto ?
