I don't recall any errors (not that there weren't any, but I just don't 
remember either way), but whenever it is restarted, it just sits there since 
there's already another bpkar process. When this happens, I usually stop all 
NBU services and use PSKILL to kill any remaining NBU related processes (bpkar, 
oprd, etc).

We use Windows DNS as well as WINS, and as you know name resolution must work 
100% for NBU to work properly. That would be something to check.
