1) Yes, many Windows clients backup up successfully.  But there are some that
occationally (some more regularly then others) experience this problem.  But
they don't always experience it; the majority of thier backups are successful.

2) Yes.

3 & 4) Yes and yes.  But the bpbkar log doesn't show anything, not even that
the admin has killed the job.
