It seems to me not many networker admins rely on gstclreport. I have

doubts since it's a service that NetWorker does not rely on, hence,
GST
service can be turned off but NetWorker still does the job.
If you want proper reporting on failed savesets, regardless of whether
they made it to the media database or not, there's few other options
other than saving the results from savegroup completion notifications
or parsing the daemon logs.
So I guess it's not a case of whether many people use it or not - it's
a valid centralised way of getting the information.
