We don't currently do SLAs, but something to keep in mind is that for many
systems, there's *3* classifications of data:

1) Stuff we need to get back so we can come up cleanly (the operating system,
the web server, etc).

2) Application data we need *now* (as in "even if we come up clean, it's not
worth it until this data is back")

3) Application data we need *soon* ("We can live till Friday without it...")

You don't want to write an SLA that says "inside 8 hours" for a system with
20T of data, if they can get back up and running with 500G and then restore
the other 19.5T in the background once they're up....
