At the end of June, I installed a new Qualstar 832700 (XLS) tape library. And inquire on Solaris 9 (NetWorker 7.3.2JumboUpdate1 build 399) did the same thing to me on that device. Except it went really crazy and found over 65 addresses for the robotics. We just picked the lowest numbered one and did the jbconfig with it. I haven't taken the time to open an issue with NetWorker.

That's what I did. Unfortunately, I am unable to get NetWorker 7.2.1 to unload tapes, but it will load them fine into whatever device I select.
