Thanks so much for your help. I am wondering something though. The
inquire command says each of the five scsi devices is a robotic

devices. Somehow, I suspect something is wrong.
Stan,
At the end of June, I installed a new Qualstar 832700 (XLS) tape
library. And inquire on Solaris 9 (NetWorker 7.3.2JumboUpdate1
build 399) did the same thing to me on that device. Except it went
really crazy and found over 65 addresses for the robotics. We just
picked the lowest numbered one and did the jbconfig with it. I
haven't taken the time to open an issue with NetWorker.
Frank,
That's what I did. Unfortunately, I am unable to get NetWorker 7.2.1
to unload tapes, but it will load them fine into whatever device I
select.
