What is the proper strategy for using saveset recover to recover one or
more savesets when the affected client no longer exists?

In this case, let's assume that you don't care where you recover it to?
Is it a simple matter to merely re-create a dummy client with that same
name and then add user@whatevermachine to the "Remote access" field and
then run the recover from whatevermachine or is it trickier than that?
