Define a  new tape to a storage pool takes more than 40 minutes !!!  (
Machine dedicated and CPUs  90%  idle )

This is happening since we  upgraded our main server ( IBM R30  4  Cpu 512
Mb ram ) from Aix4.1.1 to  Aix4.2.1
Our sftw config is at the moment :
Aix 4.2.1  +  bos.rte.mp 4.2.1.1  (  necessary for  Lotus Notes )
ADSM Server 2.1.5.15   ( database size 900 Mb  62 % used )
ADSM Client 2.1.0.8 ( on the same machine )
Communication through Shared Memory

Do we need to install  some fix to the basic Aix Installation ?
