When I try to find this device it is not there in the map. 
I can find it only in the smartset.

I checked netmon.seed, the subnet is there to which this device belongs and I 
am polling specifically to this device.

You will need to remove the device from the map that
it is attached to, then rediscover that device by
pinging it.
