I have NV 7.1.3 running on an AIX 4.3.3-10 test box and have been informed
that the new Propagation of Unreachable Status is a non-positive feature.  I
concur, especially when I ack a down interface on the R/W map and the parent
node(s) remain marginal.

Has anyone come up with a good work around to rectify this aberrant
behavior?
