Hello,
I would verify if the teaming performance without NDMP in the mix,
meaning, just do some copy, use utilities such as iometer etc to verify if
your teaming is correct as designed, if incorrect mode or config exist you
may be using only one or even in some case worse performance since the
team may have to redo lot of packets inbout\outbound, you also need to
verify correct config on your ethernet swith for it to work correctly, i.e
in my expample i Team two NIC on server then also did
enable sharing 4:1 grouping 4:1,4:2 ( In this example, port 4:1 acts as
single mac address to where server sends and receives its data from, while
4:1 & 4:2 make up the team on the eithernet switch).
There are more then one method to implement the team on the switch, check
your vendor and pick the one that makes most sence.
The throughput which seems heigh could be becasue of blok level backup
over eithernet wich might be lot more efficent then the regular trafic.
