Calvin, just a wild guess.  Any chance that switching your high and low
water to 75 and 74 would make a difference when you try the check file
system?

Reason I ask is that looking at the man page it seems a bit confusing as to
whether the water marks are based on %available or %used, as the syntax (in
7.0 anyway) says "available space used".  The examples they give of 90 and
80 lead me to believe they are actually looking for percent used, not
percent available.
